I can't tell you for certain this will be the answer to your pain and need. From my experience, it well accomplishes the goal, most times. The set back is it's potential barn to the body. Though anything in excess can harm when not used as directed. The timing for delivery is above average. Would I suggest It? Yes. I would to you and family alike.

I’m going to be honest, I don’t really get much relief from Tylenol. It takes the edge off but it doesn’t take the pain away. I use it mainly when I have headaches and cycle and I’m still in pain after talking this does, just not as much. I was on stronger pain meds for one week after surgery and other than that, I do not take opioids or stronger pain medication.

I will only use Tylenol extra strength caplets for my muscle aches pains headaches fever or anything of that nature. Due to the fact that many other products that I will not name can and will cause intestinal bleeding. Therefore if I need anything for inflammation I generally will go to my doctor and they will prescribe something for that. But as far as muscle aches pains headaches fever or anything of that nature I do recommend Tylenol extra strength because it is one of the safest things to take.

This product was easy to swallow and controlled my pain much better than other products. It controlled my pain so well that I went and bought more the next day to stock up.
