I love the coating and it’s easy on my stomach so I don’t have any side effects! it’s really great product & Tylenol is a brand I trust and I have been taking for minor aches and pains as long as I can remember, and even as a child, my mother would give me children’s Tylenol. Tylenol is a brand name that’s been in production 1955. It is wee known and a standard in many household cabinets for pain and fever reduction. Product does what it’s intended for but at large doses can cause liver damage and tinnitus. Use as directed by adults as extra strength is not to be used for children.

I thought it worked well on the injury but not the best on the headache. Overall I would take again for pain or fever but might skip for an average headache.
