Tylenol has always been the go to for my family growing up when it comes to headaches and pain relief. Every time I’ve taken it, it’s helped in a big way and the pain is always gone within 2 hours or so. I didn’t notice any side effects personally, the only recommendation would be to not take this on an empty stomach, as you may upset it. It’s good value for the money as it’s about the best painkiller on the market in my opinion. It’s a lot more potent and effective than generic great value drug store brands, it’s worth getting the name brand in this case. My best example of this was when I got my wisdom teeth removed, and the generic brand pain relievers weren’t doing the trick. So, I ended up taking tylenol that was stashed in my grandparents medicine cabinet and the pain was almost instantly gone within an hour of taking it. Thank you tylenol for taking that wisdom tooth pain away, it would’ve been miserable without the tylenol.

I was skeptical as I normally use another brand. I am having surgery so no can’t use it it but was told to buy this. It actually works really well and gets the job done. Easy to swallow and works fairly quickly! No side effects either. I feel great taking these!
