I use Tylenol Extra Strength Caplets all the time. It does not interfere with any of my prescriptions that I take so I feel it is safe for me to use. It does work really well on the headaches that I have sometimes. It makes me a little sleepy so I then can take a nap and the headache has usually disappeared.

I like using Tylenol when I have a severe headache, however it does not work as a normal pain reliever for me. When I try to take it to help alleviate cramps, it does not help at all. For everything else though it’s good, Even during Covid it helped relieve some symptoms.
