Tylenol is always my first choice when I am having pain, whether it's back pain, knee pain or even just a headache, Tylenol always helps relieve the pain I am having. I have not had any bad side effects from using Tylenol. Tylenol is effective and a great value for the money you pay!

Last month my husband and I were sick just before Thanksgiving. One of the problems he had during this time was terrible back pain. It was suggested we buy extra strength tylenol. I have to say it worked great. The pain he was having was gone in no time at all.

Tylenol is a medicine that cannot be absent in my house. I buy many different types from day time, night time, syrup for children or pills for adults. and this Extra strength type with the active ingredient Acetaminophen 500mg is the basic type that my family uses. with many uses that need to be mentioned: To reduce fever, reduce pain in cases of: Headache, muscle pain, back pain, joint pain, colds, flu, toothache, menstrual cramps,... During use, I have not had any side effects, but you should carefully read the contraindications of the drug. Big red box with many pills, very convenient and should have when needed

Tylenol is very effective at relieving minor aches and pains and as a fever reducer. What I like about it is that it's easier on the stomach then the other alternatives.. If you are allergic to ibuprofen then this is an excellent alternative which is why we have it in the house. Tylenol is a very reputable brand easily available in most stores.

I get cramps pretty ofter and these work great! they ate extra strength so it helps me every time!! the price is amazing on these and definitely worth it. there is no negative side effects it usually always helps! i also buy the mini ones to have on the go :)

I tend to take this when I have a really bad headache or even a cold. I feel like these really give me some sort of relief when I am not feeling my best. I also feel these help too when I have extreme cramps they lessen them a bit. I never had had any sort of side effect with these thankfully.

As someone with chronic pain, this doesn't touch the pain on the worst days, but on low pain days this is lifesaver! Lasts for almost the full intended time frame and allows me to do things I wouldn't be able to without taking it. I can't take pain meds everyday though due to organ damage.

This is the extra strength tylenol that most of us are familiar with. Great for travel, or just keeping it handy in your purse. Cap needs to be pushed down and turned to open, so small kids won't be able to access easily. Anyone who uses Tylenol would be.. IMO...better off taking the fast acting gel capsules...but to each his/her own....
