I have low grade headaches but have to be extremely careful about any medication I take but this knocks out my headaches. It's the only pain tablets my doctor recommends.

Tylenol is great, but every now and then I buy Excedrin Migraine because for some reason - giving Tylenol a break from time to time, seems to insure that it will work perfectly.

Very good for headaches and period cramps. Super effective. I always have some on hand for myself or for family and friends. I can't say it helps for common colds, but it helps aches in general.

This is great for those aches and pains. Taking 2 of these up to 3 times daily if needed helps with muscle pain, joint pains and fevers. Our office often recommends this for short term relief and I have personally used it. It's effective and easy on the stomach.

I love these cause are super easy to swallow. Small size but the fact that they are coated help them slide through with no issues. I use them often for headaches and are very helpful. They dont really taste like anything so should be fine if you are sensitive to flavors
