[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol is a brand my family buys and trust because it is such a good value for my money but most importantly it works, when needed to relieve my family's minor aches pain. So I was very happy to be chosen to try Tylenol Extra Strength Coated Tablets for adults in exchange for a review. These Extra Strength Tablets really worked to relieve bad headaches that I just could not get to go away so much better than other OTC pain relievers I have tried and the relief appears to last much longer. The coating on the tablets makes it so much easier to swallow (a problem my husband and lots of others have ) and have a pleasant taste with no aftertaste. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

When the pain is bad, I go to the Tylenol. Of course, make sure to not give to young kids. Check with your doctor if you take any other meds. Sometimes Tylenol will conflict with certain meds. But it works great at pain relief. When it's the worst pain, I take it with Advil. That will almost always relieve any pain, even better than prescription meds. Can't stress enough, check with your doctor first!

I actually find these to be effective for pain relief which is awesome since many don't work for me. They also work pretty fast and I find I don't have to take as often throughout the day as other brands. Only wish they were a bit smaller to be easier to swallow.

It was a little hard to get off and I had to use scissors to open it. Now as far as the actual tablet itself, I loved the sugar coated tablet. It made if easy to swallow. The Tylenol itself is of high quality and will most definitely be used in my household.

It took about 45 minutes for the product and it took the edge off the pain. This worked pretty well for me and i would reccomend it.

Sleepless for 2 days in a row because of fever and headache, today tried 2 tablets, the fever was reduced after less than 30 minutes, the headache also reduced his pain. It gets rid of my headache faster then the normal ones. I take a lot of medication and this tablet is the easiest to swallow. My mom also uses it when she gets a headache since she is allergic to Ibuprofen. My family loves this product. I recommend it.
