[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol Extra Strength coated tablets, 500 mgs each, effectively relieve minor aches and pains, reduce fevers and are safe when taken as directed. They provide strong, fast relief with no side effects. Also very helpful with post-surgery pain relief.

We actually used up all of these pills but this was the most convenient box of medicine!!! The individual packets made it easy to toss in my purse, work bag, etc. I always have a few on me when I need some relief. These are a 10/10 for the product and packaging.

We have been using these Tylenol, extra strength coated tablets for quite some time and they work great for pain relief. I often use them when I get a headache and I like that they are coded because it makes them slightly easier to swallow. I prefer Tylenol brand Acetaminophen because it comes from a brand I trust and used for years. It's affordable and can be used not only for headaches but for any aches and pains you may have.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) is my first line of defense against aches, pains, and fevers that accompany the occasional illnesses. Besides the fact that it works, Tylenol doesn't cause the unwanted effects from ibuprofen such as stomach issues that can accompany NSAID products.

This is definitely my go to product right now, being pregnant there are not a lot of medicines that I am allowed to take, tylenol is one of the few that I am allowed and thankfully it works wonders on my pain! Definitely worth the money, five stars in my book!

NEEDED a couple...bottle had been used before, this time I lined up the arrows...it would not open..lined it up several more times, NOT opening! I finally smacked the edge of the cap on the sink...yes, it opened...most of the contents flew down the drain, but I got 2!!! Cheap OVERLY child-proof...and Senior Proof..cap!!!! Last time I'll buy this....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pill was very easy to take because of the coating. The size also made it easy to take as I have difficulty with bigger pills. It was easy on my stomach and took my headache away within the hour. I was very pleased with this product.

This product is absolutely a life saver. I constantly deal with biometric headaches so when the air pressure changes or rains I get a massive headache. These help me day to day with daily activities. If anyone else deals with the problem I would totally recommend these.
