I mostly use this for headaches and back pain and it works great! I have relief with 30 minutes. Highly recommend for anyone in pain

Tylenol is the most effective over the counter medicine in my opinion. It's always effective, a great value, and a staple in my medicine cabinet!

I have constant back pain and with work jm always on my feet and lifting. Tylenol has saved me from everyday pain.

As I get older my headaches get worse and worse. 2 tablets a day is all I can take in a day. When I have muscle pain Tylenol helps the pain go away

Good pills and easy open bottle but price can be better in my opinion. Last for awhile and works for those bad headaches.

Works fine. But I would rather use these for body aches than headaches. Works well for controlling body aches after an intense workout.

these are super solid and you can go wrong with them!! they are great to go in a back pack for back to school things!!!!
