Tylenol has been around forever, and first good reason- IT WORKS! I try to have this handy at all times! For pain relief you can't beat Tylenol!

I love the Tylenol Extra Strength! They are fast acting and knock the pain out quick. I always have these in my purse.

Works well as a pain relief/reducing fever. Did not really have side effects personally, but make sure you follow directions for right dosage!
