It's greatly effective. I usually take what's written on the package to avoid side effects.i feel It's safer than other strong headache medicine.

These are great for relieving headaches or muscle aches. Haven't noticed any side effects unlike other pain medicine. Always keep these stocked up.

I have had sinus headaches my whole life. Tylenol has never worked for me. I ended up going to ibuprofen. That’s the only drug that works for me.
