This stuff works sometimes. I use it every now and then. I don't take it everyday tho. Id recommend this product.

They work great but not as good as the rapid release ones. I buy these because they are cheaper than the other ones. I recommend them.

I normally use it when im on my period. I usually get very painful periods so this and a nap I feel a lot better.
