Tylenol Xstrength caplets have been my go-to OTC pain med for years. Headaches, menstrual cramps and now arthritis!

I usually use these for when I have a fever and this along with sleeping makes my fevers go down in short amount of time!

I like the coated capsules because they go down easily. Aside from that they work the same as the uncoated pills. Takes away headaches ect.
