Tylenol is very effective at relieving minor aches and pains and as a fever reducer. What I like about it is that it's easier on the stomach then the other alternatives.. If you are allergic to ibuprofen then this is an excellent alternative which is why we have it in the house. Tylenol is a very reputable brand easily available in most stores.

I just started taking Extra Strength Tylenol, and I'm pleasantly surprised how great it works. I had been taking Goodys for my headaches and found that they seemed to cause headaches. Where as when I take Tylenol Extra Strength, my headache goes away quickly and doesn't irriate my stomach. No bad after taste left in my mouth. Price isn't a problem with Tylenol when it helps so well.

When I say this is the adult cap I don't mean the capsule itself but the cap on the bottle. What's inside is Tylenol, if you are looking at this page you know what it is and no review will change your mind. Nor should it, other people's opinions are meaningless when purchasing something that can affect your health and well-being. That is a decision only you, in consultation with your doctor, should make. What is important to know is that you save money buying the 225 count bottle. You could have saved even more with the 500 count but it seems most places have stopped selling it. An added benefit of choosing this bottle is the cap – it is designed for adults. It simply twists off with no gimmicks or safety features of any kind. That is wonderful news if you get up in the middle of the night and need to take a Tylenol or two, you don't have to fight the bottle cap to get to it. A responsible adult who buys this product should know to keep this and all medications out of the reach of children and that is especially true if the bottle doesn't have a safety cap or if it is the kind that converts to an easy-open. YES NO MAYBE As a user of this brand of product my opinion of how well it works for me is of no importance to anyone reading this, that would not be a wise way to buy such a product. I can say that this size saves me money and I much prefer the simplicity of the cap.

I actually find these to be effective for pain relief which is awesome since many don't work for me. They also work pretty fast and I find I don't have to take as often throughout the day as other brands. Only wish they were a bit smaller to be easier to swallow.

Worked extremely fast (5-10 min) for severe tooth pain. My only complaint is that it only lasted for a couple of hours. I was also taking 800 mg ibuprofen and it relieved the pain for a couple of hours longer than the Tylenol. I used Tylenol when the ibuprofen wore off to hold me over until I could take my next dose of ibuprofen safely.
