i like tyonel its very effective for me I work packing furniture all day and my back hurts me and this is the only thing that works for me. It helps ease the pain so I can rest and do it again the next day. Their is many option for your needs that this brand can meet. I highly recommend it will cut the pain in half if not more

My front tooth was in agony because my filling fell out. I put a temporary filling in but the nerve ending would not quit throbbing. I was at work and couldn't get Tylenol right away. I suffered in pain for 1 1/2 hrs. When I got off work I went to the store and bought Tylenol extra strength rapid release capsules. I took 2. It took about 20 min to work. My pain started gradually going away. I love this product! I could finally eat and enjoy myself. The pain totally stopped after about 30 minutes.
