[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol works well for pain and fever and I sometimes take it for menstrual cramps. However I still prefer Ibuprofen since it's better for the liver.

Tylenol is a good fever reducer and pain reliever to take when I’m feeling unwell. It lasts longer than other reducers, so that I can take less of it.

Tylenol is the best option for those with GI issues as it is not an NSAID. It is small enough that o help prevent anything getting stuck and it is not too bad to taste since it is coated.

Whenever I have a headache I use Tylenol Extra Strength caplets 500 mg. Within 20 minutes my headache is gone. I have tried other products and Tylenol is the best.
