Tylenol doesn't seem to help me with pain management, so it wasn't effective. Packaging wasn't tampered with so that was good. Would not buy for pain again.

Tylenol is the best for all muscle aches, headaches and toothaches. It works great. My family medicine cabinet always has Tylenol available when needed.
