Very effective product. Its safe to say that it does the job very fast. I personally had no side effect to this. Its the right dossge for headaches or stronger

I try Tylenol occasionally when I have a mild headache or fever. It doesn’t help with major pain though and I sometimes get drowsy after taking Tylenol which is a little odd.
