I love Tylenol. It helps me a lot for my headache and fever. I use it when I’m sick. I highly recommend it to everyone. The price is great and they really work.

I always keep Tylenol around. Great for headaches, fevers and just general pain. Tylenol is easier on your body to process, though it doesn’t help with swelling.

The containers are child proof and the pills are very effective for headache and fever. I have not observed any side effects but I use it very infrequently. It is inexpensive and easily available

These work really well. Extra strength is right. And the tablets are super small so it’s easier to get down. The taste isn’t my favorite though. Has a weird pill taste but I think it’s just me

I love this product it works great when you are in pain or have headaches. It tends to take 15 to 30 minutes to start working but once it does it takes away most or all of the pain away.

These have helped so much! It's fast and lasts. I had a headache for a few hours and it wouldn't go away. So I took some Tylenol and within 20 minutes I didn't have a headache.

I like Advil but I'd rather use these. I think they work fast and long lasting. I have one in my car, purse, house and just about anywhere to be able to help right away
