I use Tylenol extra strength for my headaches and general aches and pains. It’s the only medicine that works for me. It works fast and it’s all I need to feel better again.

I keep these on hand for cramps and it never fails to get me back up and running. They work fairly quick as well and for a long while. Definitely will continue to stock up on them

I recently displaced and broke my shoulder requiring surgery to put in a screw to hold it in place. The only thing that I have taken for the pain is Extra-Strength Tylenol. It's the best with no side effects.

For me it really doesn’t help due to the origin and cause of my pain. Honestly I think using a heating pad is more effective most of the time. I will say it doesn’t upset my stomach
