Extra strength tylenol is a nice mild pain releiver and fever reducer. I use tylenol when i have a headache or slight.muscle pain. Its also great for people on blood thinners.

Works for when you have a headache or any kind of ache anywhere. Usually kicks in after about an hour or so so not too long to wait and is non drowsy!!

The Canadian equivalent of paracetamol - solid for all things headache, body ache etc. It is a classic and helps. Also fast acting and this type specifically has a nice taste

Love this Tylenol, works so well. Great on my headaches. Good for muscle pain and cramps, spasms. These are coated very easy to take. They are not hard on the stomach.

My husband had ankle fusion done on Monday and by Thursday he was using only this product. Tylenol works just as the ad says. He did come home with pain medications but just needs Tylenol.

This works great ill pop one after a work out just to stop the pain and sorness in its tracks and if im feeling it coming along i usally take another.
