These are good in a pinch when I needed something for a massive headache. I still prefer Excedrine for myself but if you can’t have caffeine these are a great alternative

This product works well for arthritis/joint pain, muscle and back pain, and headaches. This is my go to product for any pain involving the body (excluding inflammation/swelling)

I have been using Tylenol for years. It’s easy in the stomach and works on tension headaches. Also, works for fever and pain in my joints. Being that it’s not an aspirin product, it’s easy on my stomach.
