This works the BEST for the headaches that I get. They are easy to swallow and compact enough to carry around. I haven't used something that is as effective as Tylenol for headaches.

I liked the Tylenol 500 mg as it seems to work quickest to relieve the pain from a headache. I don't take pain relievers often but when I need to this is my go to.
