Works great for those headaches that won't go away. After taking the recommended dose I feel better and don't typically have to go back for a second dose.

I have used this for years. Me recent purchase has a sweet coating. I find it annoying! There is nothing on the label to indicate a sugar coating. My next purchase will be a different brand.

Working in the medical field… Tylenol is the go to. I personally prefer the Advil liquid gel's.  like anything else I prefer to buy brand names when they are on sale.

This Tylenol works so fast. I can literally expect quick relief when I take these. I usually take two at a time to achieve quick relief but all in all these have never failed me.
