Had this after having a baby, it worked perfect. All I really needed. I don't due well with codeine, so i request just Tylenol extra strength and I took this for the first 2 days and didnt need anything after. Of course, I also understood that labor itself hurts so once you have your head wrapped around that you dont need much else.
