Tylenol will always be my go to! It is a great, fast acting medication that helps with most things at home. I use it for headaches mostly and it is very helpful

when it comes to our kids we use dye free medicine but sometimes as an adult i use the regular tylenol because it works better. i does have red 40 in it which is a cause for concern but i have no side effects when using it
