Always good to have Tylenol in the house! Good for aches and pains! I use this when I have a headache and it’ll take it away quickly. Doesn’t really help my menstrual cramps, but headaches and muscle aches go away with it for sure!

This is good for very mild pain, if your having moderate to severe pain not so much. It's one of the meds I'm allowed to have because its gentle and doesn't raise my blood pressure. It's a trusted brand I'll continue using.

I have a allergy to aspirin and most pain relief medicine. Tylenol is one of the only options for me but I'm glad it is. If it's body pain or and headache it always does the job.

I usually take Tylenol if I am getting sick or have a headache. Works great for me. I don't take it on an empty stomaxh though cuz it might affect me. Overall great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I DIDN'T REALLY SEE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TYLENOL EXTA STRENGTH COATED TABLETS AND REGULAR TYLENOL.

I think this works very well for headaches. Not to mention, if you need a child to take it they will. The coating makes it taste better and not dissolve in your mouth as quick.

I love taking this when I’m having a bad headache or having any muscle pain and it takes the pain away immediate. I always have some with me just in case of any pain.
