Tylenol is a great and reliable brand buy these don’t take the headache fully away. I feel like the extra strength is good but not for a major headache

Tylenol oh where to begin?! There aren't any side effects but the effectiveness for me, does absolutely nothing!! Its been a bit since I've purchased some since I don't like them so can't really give opinion on price.

Tylenol extra strength is the best! I don’t get headaches often, but when I do I immediately take Tylenol. I keep a travel size in my work bag so when I need it in a pinch, it’s there.

Tylenol is definitely my go to pain reliever. I never have an issue with them, and can always count on taking two to relieve my discomfort. For the price, I recommend you’ll have it for quite a bit of time.

This works great! Every time I have a headache and it seems like it just won't go away I take Tylenol extra strength and within 30 - 45 minutes my headache is gone.

Tylenol is the best option for those with GI issues as it is not an NSAID. It is small enough that o help prevent anything getting stuck and it is not too bad to taste since it is coated.
