This is one of pain relievers that actually works for me. Especially for headaches! Apart of working well, It also acts fast too. Can’t go wrong with these tablets!

Tylenol Extra Strength 500 mg Caplets have been effective for me in relieving my aches & pains and has been my go to brand for many years now. Recommended dose for adults is 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours and it works for me.

It sometimes takes awhile to kick in or I have to take two but it relieves my pain like magic! It also works for all day once it kicks in. Easy to take and works great!

Tylenol really helps with your headaches, it’s a good product I recommend getting the little 10 tablet capsule. It helps a lot, for especially on the go. 

These are the most effective for my headaches. They don’t have any side effects to them that I’ve noticed and they’re easy to swallow. I’d take these over any other.
