I didn't notice any side effects personally, the only recommendation would be to not take this on an empty stomach, as you may upset it. It's good value for the money as it's about the best painkiller on the market in my opinion. It's a lot more potent and effective than generic great value drug store brands, it's worth getting the name brand in this case. My best example of this was when I got my wisdom teeth removed, and the generic brand pain relievers weren't doing the trick. So, I ended up taking tylenol that was stashed in my grandparents medicine cabinet and the pain was almost instantly gone within an hour of taking it.
