This stuff is all I use. My doctors told me this is the pain reliever I should use so I do. It is extremely effective and since it's extra strength you need less.

It helps me during my periods and cramps. I would recommend this to other people, but don't take too much or it can screw you up more. I like taking it and ibuprofen the same time.

I try Tylenol occasionally when I have a mild headache or fever. It doesn’t help with major pain though and I sometimes get drowsy after taking Tylenol which is a little odd.

It definitely helps with fever. Somewhat with pain. But the dark red color of the extra strength caplets is truly disgusting. I will look for another brand.

Tylenol extra strength coated tablets is my go to they work fast and goes down easily. They’re also not very big they get the job done I would recommend
