Takes just a little longer than the liquid Tylenol. So it takes about 30mins to kick in. It does indeed come in a little box. But they are secured in the little bottle with a swatch of cotton and a foil piece over it.

They do not work for anyone in my family. Unfortunately, our son is not able to take other pain relievers, so this is his only option, and they don't work for headaches.

These work good for headaches too I use it a lot and it works good and you don’t need that many highly recommend these and definitely will be buying more

I make sure to keep a bottle of this in my bag and car at alllll times. I get really bad tension headaches from staring at a screen all day and this works wonders.

Good product. Works and is easy to swallow. Recommend for pain. Better than other products that I’ve tried in the past. I feel like ibuprofen and this product are about equal.

Works great with fevers! Does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it efficiently. The pills are quite large but it's not a big deal for me. I recommend.

Not my favorite headache relief, But does take the edge off. They are easy to swallow and will work in a pinch. I would recommend something stronger for migraines.
