When I have a headache this is the product I reach for. It works fast to take the pain away and it’s safe to use. It also works well for back and muscle pain

Tylenol is always in my purse alongside some Advil. Tylenol is a great pain reliever and the coated pills are very easy to swallow, even for my teenager who hates to swallow pills.

Always helps me out on my period and works quick too. No weird taste of bad side effects just does what it is supposed to do, totally recommend to buy them

I mean Tylenol is such a classic. You can never go along with it and it takes away pain from the neck up so I definitely do recommended, but it definitely doesn’t help with my cramps, and it works with certain extent.

This does work pretty well. I actually prefer the gelcaps because they seem to go down easier than the chalky tabs. They’re packaged well and have a decent shelf life

I always take Tylenol for my headaches. I also use them for any other minor aches and pains as well. This works just as well as excedrin for relieving my headaches.

This product works extremely well for headaches. But do not use for headaches caused by sinus pressure from allergies because it doesn't work for that.

Tylenol Extra Strength is the product that works for me. When ever I have a headache I reach for my bottle of Tylenol Extra Strength and within 40 mins my headache is gone

These are for when you need the extra strength to get through the day. I love using these especially when I have body aches because of a cold. Literally one of the bestest things ever.
