Tylenol is an instant pain reliever. Great product when you have a headache or cramps. The effects of the pill hit in a couple minutes. Would recommend!

After a long day of work this helps alot if you are having a bad headache or muscle pain. Gives instant relief and the best part it is non sedative. And provide instant relief. So a good product overall

this is the only tylenol that helps me with my pain. it takes some time to kick in but it works better than most stuff. and it is not addicting and help me off of hardcore meds after my surgery.

This is my go to medication. When my head is hurting or I'm in pain. I have no side effects. It's inexpensive. And all I ever need is 2 pills. Great product.
