Tylenol extra strength for adults pain relief is my go to brand. Been taking it for years, for all the pain and aches I have most definitely use during my periods. Great value and very effective.

Tylenol is a great all around pain reliever. They would fast and effective. The cast is budget friendly and the dosage directions are easy to read and there are no side effects.

For me it really doesn’t help due to the origin and cause of my pain. Honestly I think using a heating pad is more effective most of the time. I will say it doesn’t upset my stomach
