This is my go to when I’m having pain, it isn’t often but this always works and doesn’t upset my stomach. I would strongly recommend. Other drugs will upset my stomach.

This Tylenol works so fast. I can literally expect quick relief when I take these. I usually take two at a time to achieve quick relief but all in all these have never failed me.
