My family and I have been using Tylenol for as long as I can remember. They’re great fever reducers and aches and pain reducer. This is my only choice for headaches,fever. and pain. I highly recommend these Caplets

For Fever "Great if you have a fever. But if you need pain relief, This won't help. Otherwise see your doctor for real pain relief. Never take more than the recommended dosage. It can destroy your liver

I like Tylenol for pain relief. This med works by telling your brain that there is no pain. But this is bad for your liver so be cautious when using Tylenol

I always go to Tylenol whenever I have an ache or pain. I've tried all the other otc pain meds but didn't find they did much. While Tylenol does not get rid of the pain, it does take enough of the edge away that I can survive my day.
