Takes just a little longer than the liquid Tylenol. So it takes about 30mins to kick in. It does indeed come in a little box. But they are secured in the little bottle with a swatch of cotton and a foil piece over it.

Very easy to swallow, fast pain relief, and does not bother your stomach. Highly recommend! Comes with a child safety lock on the bottle, and 100 tablets for a great price, that will last awhile.

Only thing that helps my almost daily headaches. Couldn’t go without it. Wish it didn’t have red dye 40 in it I think that’s unnecessary but it is what it is

I think Tylenol definitely works, but compared to Advil and even Aleve I find it is lacking somewhat. Also, I have heard that it is not so great for specific organs in the long run.

I can only take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for otc pain relief, and honestly it gets the job done when I need it to. It’s effective, and it works quite fast. It is fairly cheap too!!

They do the job! I don’t prefer these as they always get stuck in my throat and then the coating rubs off and just the taste is yucky. But the product works great!
