I try not to take a lot of medicine for heads, aches, etc.. but if I need to, I go to extra strength Tylenol. It kicks in within 15-20 minutes and I’m good to go!

Love this tylenol pain relief. I love how this dosage it really relief my pain. There are no side effects on this pills. Its so worth for money used. I usually take two pills whenever i have pain it really works for me.

We’ve all used this for period cramps and being in any pain we all know it works. But I don’t recommend it for every little pain you are in it will ruin your kidneys

It's Acetaminophen. I normally buy the Equate version but Walmart was sold out. My issue is the cost!! As soon as Equate is back in stock I'll grab a large bottle and save large $.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pills worked well and got rid of my headache but they were not easy to swallow. They seemed bigger than most pills and got caught in my throat. I would not buy them.
