Tylenol is one of the safest medications and the most reliable. The extra strength pills are great and work super fast and super well. Just don’t take it too often for the sake of your liver.

These work really well. Extra strength is right. And the tablets are super small so it’s easier to get down. The taste isn’t my favorite though. Has a weird pill taste but I think it’s just me

We all have probably tried this, but just in case someone hasn’t they do work. A great fever reducer and pain reliever for mild pains like headaches..etc

i used this stuff after soccer games when i was extremely sore. i had severe body aches and i don’t recommend using 24/7 but once and a while is great!

I love Tylenol best for when I am having severe headaches and pain these are always a go to for sports or anything always keep these on me I recommend these!!!

When I was pregnant I took Tylenol a lot and it brought relief to any soreness or headache quickly. I take two pills each dose and it lasts many hours.

Packaging is standard, it’s effective and applies pretty quickly. I’m unsure of side effects and the dosage is pretty standard as well. The ingredients are clear on the box

I wouldn’t get through a day without taking my Tylenol acetaminophen 500 mg. I’ve always felt safe taking Tylenol and will continue to take this over-the-counter medication. 

I love Tylenol because it actually works and gets rid of my headaches and it is good for the price. It is nicely packaged and does not have bad side effects.

I love how these come wrapped in the foil and plastic packaging instead of all being in a bottle. The price isn’t too expensive and I don’t feel any harmful side effects.
