Using Tylenol for years

I've been using Tylenol Extra Strength 500mg tablets for a while, and they've been my go-to for general pain relief, especially when I have headaches or muscle aches. I like how easy they are to take, and I don't have to worry about them being hard on my stomach like some other pain relievers. When I take Tylenol, I usually start to feel some relief within 30 minutes to an hour. It doesn't completely knock out the pain, but it definitely helps take the edge off.
