Quaker Oats are a good old fashion breakfast food you can fix in a snap and make sure everyone is full till their next meal. I love using Quaker Oats in my baking for oatmeal cookies and adding chocolate chips to them. Always a fun way to get look ones interested in cooking and baking

Lose weight and lower blood pressure diet

Here is one way I eat Quaker Oats on my lower blood pressure and lose weight diet. I use 1/3-1/2 cup uncooked oats, walnuts, small banana and blueberries/or chopped apple, cinnamon, skim or coconut milk, and half a small container of plain non-fat Greek yogurt. Mix the oats, nuts and milk together and add some cinnamon. Stir. Let sit for about 5 mins. Add the rest and top with a little more cinnamon. Has a lot of vitamins in it for a healthy heart.

Loved it for years

This is the only Oatmeal I buy. If it isn't Quaker that like me has been around for years, I'm not interested. It cooks up fast in the microwave or stove and I can add pretty much anything I want to increase the benefits of eating it. A wonderful product that I will continue to buy because it tastes good, is easy to prepare and doesn't take much time.

this is a classic

this is a classic brand and you know exactly what your getting. i dont even bother buying other brands for oatmeal. i wish the old fashioned cooked fast like the one minute oats but these are great to always have on hand especially for overnight oats

A lifetime of good breakfasts

I have eaten Quaker Oats for more than 60 years. It was a great breakfast when I was 3 and, unlike most things, is just as great today. t takes just a few minutes to make but what one gets for those few minutes is a healthful breakfast that takes you straight through to lunch without having to "snack" on sugar-laden junk at 10:30 AM. This is a great good food.

Not enough stick-em

I am a runner. I like your oatmeal and have for years. Its nutritional value is great for strength and stamina. Recently I purchased a 42 ounce container ( 30000-01040-2) 104-1 18 32650104070. When the plastic ring on the top was pulled the whole top came off.( Not enough glue ) Never happened before and believe it wont happen again. Just thought I would let you know. Ronald Kaplan

Our answer to a diabetic diet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has diabetes and had a hard time regulating his blood sugar, until we found Quaker Old Fashioned. It was the answer, he lost weight and his Blood sugar has been controlled since. 2006. We eat Quaker Oats everyday for Breakfast. In winter we eat hot oats topped with plain fat free Yoghurt, sunflower seeds and berries. Yummy! In Spring we switch to plain Old fashioned oats topped with half a banana then plain Yoghurt, fruit and sunflower seeds. I also make bread and add Oats also oatcakes.

Can go wrong with

Can go wrong with good old fashion oats. These oats allow me to make my own flavors of oatmeal. You can even use the oats for your skin. The make a good hair or face mask. When I eat them I like to add vanilla and cinnamon and either apples or banana depending on what I have in my fridge
