Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, 160 oz.

I love this 42oz box of oatmeal. It's triple the amount of oatmeal you'll find in the grocery store and less than half the price!

Good old Quaker oatmeal. I wish Walmart has steel cut oatmeal, which would be a 5. But Quaker old fashioned oatmeal can service the purpose!

Bought these a year ago only to find out they were already open from the purchase date be sure to check your packaging folks right away!

The item wasn't packed well. The container was crushed and the lid was slightly broken, I was forced to trash it, because of germs.

Quaker Oats is the bomb!

Recurring  issue  in sands springs Oklahoma  with my deliveries. Usually I don't use all of the particular item before opening a new container.  But,  when I'm opening the newer container the whole plastic rim comes off with the plastic ring. When this happens  I pour the new product into the older container, and discard the newer container.

Recurring problem

My childhood staple of which I eat less after 80yrs, still load it up with brown sugar.  Need more sugar since Domino changed their formula back in the mid ‘70s to dissolve thoroughly, so it’s harder to have a pile of brown sugar high in the bottom of the bowl.  And the oats last; just finished a 42oz from 2018 and opened a new one; both bowls tasted the same- good.  I pour boiling water from the kettle onto my oats in my 2 cup Corningware mini-pan up to 1/2” from the top, bring it to the boil on the stove, turn it down to low for 3min, and serve covered with brown sugar.  Add milk as you like.  I never add salt.
I reckon I should say I recommend Quaker Oats, but I thought everyone already ate them for breakfast.
