Lose weight and lower blood pressure diet

Here is one way I eat Quaker Oats on my lower blood pressure and lose weight diet. I use 1/3-1/2 cup uncooked oats, walnuts, small banana and blueberries/or chopped apple, cinnamon, skim or coconut milk, and half a small container of plain non-fat Greek yogurt. Mix the oats, nuts and milk together and add some cinnamon. Stir. Let sit for about 5 mins. Add the rest and top with a little more cinnamon. Has a lot of vitamins in it for a healthy heart.

Old Fashioned Oats - definately have changed!

I just opened a new box of Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned. When I cooked the oats it was definately different. I cooked it exactly as the box directed as I have all my live. The oats were chewy and not the usual texture and taste. They didn't seem to ever get done. I cooked them on the stove as they usually taste better to me than in the microwave. I'm really disappointed they have changed. Not sure what has changed but they are definately not the same.

Quaker Oats Old Fashioned

Quaker Oats Old Fashioned This is my all time favorite Oats, I have been using Quaker for years and I love it. I love the old fashion Oat because it’s more nutrition, healthy, and it taste so good. I use it for my Oatmeal bowl ad you can see in the pictures, for overnight oats, and Oat milk. Definitely my favorite oat brand, and it’s so affordable. Also, Oat is super healthy and helps burn belly fat.

great product, but packaging needs safeguards

great product, been eating this type of oats many years. nothing but good things to say, However! packaging needs to be anti-tampering sealed; many times I encounter cans which have been opened in which the push tabs under plastic lid have been opened. I am always looking out for this. Unfortunately this last time I bought this product I did not inspect package and it had been tampered with.

Thanks for a good product

Thanks, Quaker Oats, for providing an economical and nutritious product. Versatile and easy to prepare you are a great American success story. I eat mine from the microwave with a dash of brown sugar and maybe some Stevia. I love it. The product is always fresh and in any supermarket I visit. God Bless. John 3:16.

We enjoy this heart-healthy product most mornings.

We enjoy the consistently great flavor of Old Fashion Quaker Oats. Also, as one that watches my sodium intake, I am delighted that no salt is added, only oats go in the box. I like to make it with whole milk, dried cherries, and sliced bananas, a family favorite!

Just one problem

Obviously, this is a great product; but, the packaging is a problem because the bottom of the container is not firmly attached to the sides. The result is that if the product is shipped without bubble wrap, it will rupture easily. Memo to Pepsi is to improve packaging of the product. Memo to Walmart is to use bubble wrap for cushioning rather than gobs of paper.

Easy, filling and delicious

I like that I can use the microwave for a single serving or cook 3-4 servings on the stove and reheat the portions in the microwave for a few days of meals. I love oatmeal for breakfast or dinner and it fits in perfectly helping me follow a Weight Watchers diet. I add Splenda usually or fruit. Frozen strawberries or blue berries seem to work best. I sometimes add in a splash of skim milk but not always. 1/2 cup of uncooked oats is 4 Points Plus and I admit for dinner to eating 3/4 cup. Delicious, filling and good for me too.

This is our family’s

This is our family’s favorite hot easy breakfast! Easy to make and so creamy and fulfilling. Our family has been buying this oatmeal for many many years and generations. I remember my grandma making this for me when I was little, now I make it for my kids. Makes the best oatmeal cookies! instant Quaker Oats

A lifetime of good breakfasts

I have eaten Quaker Oats for more than 60 years. It was a great breakfast when I was 3 and, unlike most things, is just as great today. t takes just a few minutes to make but what one gets for those few minutes is a healthful breakfast that takes you straight through to lunch without having to "snack" on sugar-laden junk at 10:30 AM. This is a great good food.
