Always a quick and easy side dish for dinner. Family has been using these (especially the Baby Reds) for years now.

Just right mashed potatoes, and so easy to prepare, if you know how to boil water you can make these. They have just the right amount of skins in them for my taste, I don't mind a few skins but don't like too many.

Initially tried these as a convenient camping option was completely blown away with how good they are. Now they are a regular pantry staple. Perfect and handy for our empty nest household.
