My favorite! Very tasty and easy peasy...just right for 2-3 people Just full boil 2 cups water, mix and wait a few minutes and re-stir before serving. Add a tad of water after if mixure is too thick for your liking.

I will definitely buy this again, tastes like fresh mashed potatoes. I just add a little extra butter and fresh ground pepper, because I like it that way, but it's not necessary.
