Great food storage item

So Idahoan here. Born and bred. I grew up in a home where it was not kosher to eat "fake" potatoes. At college, I was exposed and these are my favorite of the fake potato line, not better than a spud but a great alternative to peeling, chopping, boiling potatoes to put on a casserole. If I have time I'd still rather instapot mashed potatoes, but these are a great option when you don't have leftover mashed potatoes to top your shepard's pie.
