So Idahoan here. Born and bred. I grew up in a home where it was not kosher to eat "fake" potatoes. At college, I was exposed and these are my favorite of the fake potato line, not better than a spud but a great alternative to peeling, chopping, boiling potatoes to put on a casserole. If I have time I'd still rather instapot mashed potatoes, but these are a great option when you don't have leftover mashed potatoes to top your shepard's pie.

These are my favorite instant potatoes. I can have made-from-scratch gravy and the rest of dinner on the table in 10 minutes with the help of these instant mashed potatoes that taste the closest to homemade. Love em!

Always use these potatoes when adding an item to the meal. They are quick to mix up and taste great. Like having them on hand and each bag has a perfect serving for a small family.

My husband loves these! I like to make homemade, but after we found these, he tends to just want to put them together for a quick addition to lunch or supper.

I am grateful for a quick addition to the meals I prepare for my truck driver husband! I try to always have leftovers on hand for him, but if we are a bit short it is nice to just boil 2 cups of water, add a packet of these potatoes, and stretch those leftovers for him!

These are pretty good! No instant potatoes are as good as homemade, but these are pretty close. Whole family agreed. They were purchased for quarantine, and we were pleasantly surprised.

Actually these taste very little different than the regular idaho mashed potatoes. Maybe the red skins are a bit more sour. Hardly any red skin in the mix. Won't buy these again

Too salty. Was really disappointed. Really wanted an easy way to have mashed potatoes. I don't understand the salt addition at all. It's something consumers can easily add. But not subtract. Sigh.
