Wonderful

I use these in everything from pancakes to pumpkin cake rolls. There creamy and have the perfect balance of sweet in them to keep them from being sickeningly sweet. Can't ask for any better! Perfect with Reese's peanut butter cups, shredded coconut and almonds on graham cookie bars!!

Perfectly proportioned!

Nestle Mini Morsels are perfect for the ultimate chocolate chip cookie. The mini morsel size makes the dough to chip proportions just right for every bite! Don't let the small size of the chip mislead you...it delivers the same wonderful taste of rich chocolate with every sampling. Other brands have failed to deliver, but Nestle always comes through!

3-chip cookie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product in a cookie that included 3 types of Nestle chips...semi-sweet, butterscotch, and white chips. I called it my 3-chip cookie. It was delicious. There were chips everywhere I bit. Highly recommend.

Timeless Classic

Love these morsels. They never disappoint and are the crucial ingredient in my favorite chocolate chip cookies. They also melt so nicely for chocolate covered desserts. No reason to over spend on expensive chocolates when these modestly priced morsels will the job deliciously!

Always perfect tasting and high quality

I have used nestle products my whole life. I am 67 years old and have been tagged as the "baker" in the family. I have nestle products in my cupboard and will continue to purchase nestle products for all my needs. Nestle semi-sweet morsels are used more than other products by Nestle. Just wonderful, tasty and of the highest quality.

This is NOT the same chocolate

I've been baking since the 1960's & always used Nestles morsels, but it no longer melts or spreads the way it always did. My handling of the chocolate is no different than it ever was, so I do not accept that as the reason it seizes. The semi-sweet, milk and butterscotch morsels are all vastly inferior in both texture and taste to what I've used for 50+ years, and I am terribly disappointed. I don't care for the taste of Hershey or Ghirardelli chocolates in my baking so I have not found an acceptable alternative. Please go back to your old formulas, even if the price has to rise - what you're producing now is not worth buying or using.

Great for any recipe

I have used this for many years for everything. From my great grandmother's old fudge recipe to basic chocolate chip cookies it is. In the past, I have tried other brands, and store brands the quality is just not the same. Now, this is the only brand I use.

Always my #1!

I make overnight oats just about every night for my morning breakfast. It has oats, yogurt, Chia seeds, walnuts, milk, and sometimes blueberries. I decided to add some of these chocolate chips to it and additionally, tried the butterscotch chips that I also received in a shipment recently. These chips held up very well as they added flavor and sweetness to my oats. I usually eat them cold out of the refrigerator but this time I microwaved it just a little bit to get the chips melted. That was a very nice addition to my normal breakfast. Hope you try it too! #freeproduct#productreview

Did not melt, ruined fudge

I have used the same fudge recipe since the 1980s and have never ruined it. It always turns out nice and smooth and creamy. Everybody loves it and requests it. This year, I ruined 3 batches, thinking I was somehow doing something wrong, so sadly I kept trying again. The chocolate was not melting right and it was super grainy. My son dubbed it "sandcastle fudge." It was horrible. I will never use Nestle again. I always use pure cane sugar too, not beet. Nestle, are you now using beet sugar in your chocolate? Beet is not good for candy making. Husband just went to the store for a different brand of chocolate and we are hopeful it will turn out this time.

The Best

Toll House products are relatively expensive where I live, compared to other products, and they are not always widely available. However they are known for their great results and our family cookie recipe, containing TollHouse chocolate chips gets lots of positive comments. Simple to work with, non messy and with a great chocolatey taste, they are the best I have found.
