ALL of them are the best!

Before any of the Morsels can be used, I must test a few for quality of flavor! LOL I use them to make candies, cookies, brownies and cakes. If I have leftover melted morsels, grab crackers, cookies, chips, pretzels or chilled fruit sticks and dip away! After all, chocolate is like fine wine, never waste it!

The very best !

I can not make a chocolate chip cookie without genuine Nestles chocolate chips. When I bake for family and friends I try to use the best ingredients I can find.I love all the different chips they sell.I will be using the mini chips in my NY cheese cake this week.

Same issue- Won't melt like they used to

I am having trouble getting the morsels to melt. I do this every year for my Christmas goodies. Very disappointed, Love your morsels but REALLY need them melted. I don't need instruction on how to do it, just need to know if you cash her something in the process of making them. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's highly unusual for our morsels to not melt properly, and we are unable to provide an explanation with the information we currently have. Please double-check the melting directions on the bag, as we have changed them.,Consumer Engagement Center,Michael, clientresponse

Who doesn't love chocolate?

I use Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips every time I have a recipe that calls for chocolate chips. I will often times add them to recipes even when they are not called for. I love to experiment from time to time but adding different ingredients to cakes, cupcakes, cookies and bread recipes. Nestle chips are always good and of good quality. My kids and co-workers love chocolate so Semi-sweet, milk chocolate and white chocolate chips are always on hand so I can add them. It's very rare that I don't have any on hand for inclusion in my baking.

Best Chocolate Chips Ever!

My favorite cookie in the world is Nestle Toll House. And I have tried making them with other brands of chocolate chips. Not so good. There is definitely a difference, and Nestle Chocolate Chips are so much better! They are smoother and the taste is unbeatable. I love them!

What happened to these chips?

The chocolate chips I've used forever will not melt. Something must have changed with the recipe. I'm so disappointed! My Christmas goodies are ruined. I've spent so much money on ingredients and now I have to spend more. What happened? Something did!

Try the Mini Morsels Too

I make my chocolate chip cookies with Pillsbury gluten-free flour with great results. As far as some of the comments concerning the taste changing over the years I have several thoughts. First, they must be stored at room temperature and if they have been improperly transported or stored incorrectly, melted and re-solidified or if they are old they do not taste the same. Also, I think that things always taste better in memory somehow! I use the mini morsels to make smaller cookies and get more chocolate per bite!

A staple

Have been using Nestle Toll House morsels for many years. Have never been disappointed. Anytime a bag of morsels even graces the counter, a herd of drooling faces watch every move you make and come out of the woodwork! Am never without at least 4 bags in the pantry at all times.

Great to cook with!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Nestlé tollhouse semi sweet morsels in a batch of cookies that I made. The bag came with plenty of the product, I had more than enough. I liked the not as sweet taste of the semi sweet, however, it was a little less sweet than I usually like in my cookies. It has a vibrant chocolately taste and the cookies came out great! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I prefer the milk chocolate morsels.

Extremely disappointed

I have been making fudge for over 25 years, and have made it with the same recipe all this time. This year I've used Nestle and I just cannot get the semi sweet chocolate chips to melt, and I've made it several times trying to figure out what the problem is. I read review after review of people that are having the same problems, yet you say that you have made no changes. Well, you clearly have, we aren't all stupid! It's really frustrating to purchase something thinking its what you need just to find out you spent good money on garbage! If you aren't going to sell chocolate that we consumers need then we will go elsewhere! Buying cheaper ingredients isn't going to get you anywhere. People clearly see the changes and are very unhappy. If you do nothing then we will go elsewhere and buy from manufacturers that will give us what we want. Don't just try to appease us and tell us to expect an email. I expect more than an email or I will not purchase from nestle again! I hate to be so blunt but I feel that you are disregarding what others have said about this issue.
