I grew up having chocolate chip cookies as an afternoon snack. My Mother's cookie jar was always full of the tasty treats. When my Mother passed away, 20 years ago, her first grandchild asked for the cookie jar. I told him he would have to wait his turn. I'm now 70 years old and for Christmas last year, I made my famous Nestled concoction cookies and wrapped the cookie jar and gave it to him for Christmas. I enclosed a note telling him he now had to pass on the tradition of a cookie jar full of Nestled chocolate chip cookies.

While buying store brands or generic products is OK for certain products, doing this for chocolate morsels is NOT! When I take the time to bake, I need to use the best available products. My baking is a reflection on me and I take that seriously. Nestle's Semi-Sweet morsels are the best--hands down!

My Mother got me hooked on Nestle's Toll House semi sweet chocolate bits. She always used the recipe on the bag for making chocolate chip cookies with chopped walnuts. When I'm not baking with them, i grab a handful to snack on. I love their semi-sweetness.

I have tried many different varieties of morsels and other items; whether I am decorating Christmas cookies with the grandkids or just making cookies, fudge, cakes: there is nothing compared to the quality of nestle!! I couldn't n wouldn't bake without it!!

My husband likes nuts and I a less a fan, so I will make half with pecans and half without. The recipe that is on every bag of Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels is always perfect. My latest batch of Toll House Cookies I portioned the dough out with a small scoop and then froze them on a sheet pan with parchment paper. Now I can just pop the cookies in a 375 degree oven for hot cookies whenever I'm in the mood. As the dough is colder, the cookies don't spread as much, which is perfect for dunking in milk. My mother used Nestle Toll House Morsels so I followed her example when I began baking. As a child, I baked chocolate chip cookies using the semi-sweet morsels. As an adult, I have tried all the other flavors and love them all. Baking cookies is my favorite thing to do. Nestle is the only brand of baking chips that I use.

Nestle Toll House morsels are by far the best out there! They have the perfect blend of sweetness, creaminess, and texture. I use the recipe on the bag for my chocolate chip cookies and they come out perfect every time. This is the perfect chip for baking, desserts and breads. I love the quality of these chips.

I am now 70 years old and I have been baking with Nestlé's chocolate chips since I've been a teenager . I have tried another brand once but it just wasn't the same. There's nothing like the real thing. I have been told numerous times I should open up a bakery, Nestlé's is the only brand I use .

My favorite (and my family's favorite) way is making Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies. I do have to increase the flour because I am baking at high altitude but they always turn out great. I didn't get a picture because my family ate them so quickly. I also made fudge that got eaten fast. I did manage to get a picture of the chocolate brownies but I had to take it right as they came out of the oven, by the time they cooled down they were also gone!! About 20 years ago, I started baking Toll House Cookies. Over the years, I have adjusted the amounts of brown v. white sugar, butter/fat, and a few other ingredients to make the perfect cookie. The one thing that hasn't changed is using Nestle Toll House Chips. Perfect for any cookie or just snacking on when you are baking something that doesn't even have chocolate in it. ;)
