I use semi sweet morsels for so much, to make fudge, to put in m brownies to make tall house cookies and even in the peanut butter cookies and oatmeal ones. We also love the peanut butter ones as that is our favorite flavor peanut butter is a household staple here. When using for frostings it is just great i just love them .

Nestle Semi Sweet Morsels have been my go to treat for over 30 years. A tablespoon with walnuts is my quick treat. Add to this treat, the morsels make an ideal base to jump off from for a variety of incredible desserts. I can always expect a rich flavor that is consistent in it quality!

I've been making holiday recipes with my mom for over 30 years. This year none of the recipes that used the Nestle morsels turned out well at all. The morsels didn't melt or firm up again like chocolate should. We couldn't use any of the goodies we baked using the chips on our cookie trays.

I'm so disappointed. Bought a 4 lb bag of semi-sweet to make Christmas cookies as a family event with a dear friend who traveled from out of state to spend Christmas with us. Cookies have a dry taste to them. Never experienced this issue before. We are now switching to homemade sugar cookies. Nestle, please return to your old ingredients for your morsels!

These are the only chocolate chips I will buy. They taste great and I always get compliments on the dessert I've made with them. I love the recipe on the back. The only change I've made is to add an extra 1/4 cup of flour. That keeps the cookies from getting flat and they are softer. You can't go wrong with Nestle Chocolate Chips for any recipe.

For any baked good or candy treat where you want the chips to melt a little bit but keep their shape, these are excellent. This is real chocolate no added fats or flavors. The Semi-Sweet is a good variety that covers the tastes of most chocolate lovers that I know. I would not use these in any recipe that requires that the chocolate be melted unless you are eating that quickly because this hardens once it cools down again. That makes it good for some candy making.

I followed the package directions to melt your morsels to spread over the top of a tray of shortbread cookie in a sheet pan. The best melt I got from each method was the consistency of wood putty!! What gives?? It was so stiff it would not spread and stick to the hot baked dough ... I have a number of bags of your morsels and don't know what I can use them in if they don't melt. The price of your morsels should allow for a quality product !! If your package instructions are incorrect...PLEASE ADVISE!!

While buying store brands or generic products is OK for certain products, doing this for chocolate morsels is NOT! When I take the time to bake, I need to use the best available products. My baking is a reflection on me and I take that seriously. Nestle's Semi-Sweet morsels are the best--hands down!
